To deliver the best experience to Qualicorp’s employees and make them the main piece of the end-of-year party, we created our own Festival.
Welcome to QualiFest!
The pre-event was marked by a communication ruler facing the employee engagement. The start was on the disclosure of the date and through an application created for the project, all information and interaction with the team form happening for everyone to get into the party mood.
At the entrance, everyone was invited to join the Q FEST mood, through various elements that would transport them to a world of entertainment such as: uppercase letters, personalized projections, posters and other instagrammable elements.
The main hall had all its scenography based on the great music events, with big screens, lots of colored lights and, of course, striking attractions. Right from the start, Tiago Abravanel led the draws, finished with a pocket show beyond special. Then keeping the mood up there on the SOS band. And to finish, as promised, Alok!
The outdoor area of the site was produced as a lounge for relax between one attraction and another, with the scenography designed for interaction and lots of photos with bleachers, instagrammable swings and a photo booth different in Kombi format.
